北京:历史文化名城的保护与可持续发展--论全国文化中心的建设

保护北京历史文化名城需要妥善处理好古都与首都、保护历史文化名城与城市现代化建设以及新建筑与传统旧建筑的三个关系.北京作为全国文化中心,她的建设既要继承、保护灿烂的历史文化,又要在这座历史文化名城演变发展的历史长河中,接续上当代社会主义两个文明空前伟大的建设篇章.改革开放以来北京尽管在文化建设上取得了巨大成就,但仍落后于经济建设和形势发展的需要.提出塑造全国文化中心形象的六点具体建议.

Beijing:the Preservation and Sustainable Development of Historic Cultural City--The Construction of National Cultural Center

The three relations between ancient capital city and current capital city,preservation of historic cultural city and urban modernization,and new buildings and traditional old buildings,should be perfectly treated in order to preserve the historic cultural city.The constuction of national cultural center is necessary either to inherit and preserve the splendid historic culture,or to connect contemporary grand and brilliant construction of socialist physical and moral civilizations in the long evolution of historic cultural city of Beijing. Beijing's cultural construction still lags behind economic construction and the requirements for evolution of conditions.It puts forward 6 concrete suggestions to mould the figure of national cultural center.
