| 摘 要： | 由于网络和信息技术的迅猛发展,企业的内外部环境发生了很大的变化,企业信息系统规划呈现出不确定性和弹性等特点,传统的信息系统规划方法已经不再适应网络环境下企业发展的需要。在传统的信息系统规划方法的基础上提出将BP与ISP集成和基于BPR的ISP两种规划方法,充分利用网络和信息技术的优势,为企业创造竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Because of the rapid development of the network and information technology,the internal and external environments of enterprises have been changed very greatly,enterprise's ISP demonstrates some characteristics such as the uncertainty,and elasticity,etc.,the method for the traditional ISP has already no longer met the needs of this kind of network environment.This paper proposes two kinds of planning methods,integrating BP and ISP and ISP based on BPR on the basis the traditional method for the ISP for the purpose of fully utilizing the advantages of the network and information technology and creating the competitive advantages for enterprises. |
