摘    要:根据车牌区域的固有特征,提出了一种高效、快速、实用的车牌字符识别算法.该方法先对车牌中的单个字符进行归一化和细化,然后采用Hausdorff距离模板匹配方法识别.实验表明,该方法有效可行.

Abstract:According to the inherent characteristics of license plates,a quick and efficient algorithm is proposed,in which a single character is normalized and refined first,and then identified by using Hausdorff distance template matching method.The experiments show that the method is effective and feasible.
