| Abstract: | This paper offered some suggestions on the speeding the civilization process of Guiyang healthily and efficiently.It points out that Guiyang has its unique advantages in the western China,especially in Guizhou Province.Meanwhile,the view of speeding the citilization process of Guiyang with the idea of administration is proposed. |
