| 摘 要： | 论述了构建学习型社会的意义，提出了在构建学习型社会中图书馆发挥作用的措施，即将图书馆办成名副其实的大众文化超市，将开启知识宝库的钥匙交给读者，加强图书馆的自我宣传，利用网络上的图书馆为大众进行网上知识导航，为现代远程教育提供文献保障，针对重点读者的个性化学习需求将图书馆办成具有品位的精品屋，将图书馆办成与时俱进的学习型组织。
