| 摘 要： | 在物资供应过程中，库存是最费钱也最重要的资产之一，占总投资的40％。库存控制，一方面可以通过减小库存水平而降低成本，另一方面不会影响企业生产的进度．提高企业效率。论述了库存控制的重要性及作用，并对物资供应工作中库存控制的最佳选择问题做了具体阐述。

| Abstract: | In the course of material supply, the inventory, which is the most expensive and the most important asset, accounts for 40 %of the total investment. The inventory control can not only reduce the cost through lowering the level of the inventory, but also increase the efficiency of the enterprise because of no influence on the progress of enterprise's production. This paper discusses on the importance and function of the inventory control, and makes concrete formulation on the best selection of the inventory control in the work of material supply. |
