| 摘 要： | 本文系统分析了龙头鱼营养成分（包括水分、脂肪、蛋白质及其氨基酸组成、钙、磷、铁及灰分等）。比较了龙头鱼的营养价值，在此基础上提出了龙头鱼综合利用的方向。
