微生物絮凝剂产生菌群的培养条件及絮凝特性初步研究

摘    要:从活性污泥中筛选到的4株稳定的微生物絮凝剂产生菌(MBF1、MBF2、MBF3、MBF4)中构建复合菌群,选取絮凝效果最好的菌群1(MBF2和MBF3组成)进行培养条件优化,考察了培养时间、絮凝剂用量、pH等因素对絮凝效果的影响,并对复合菌群1絮凝活性分布、微生物絮凝剂热稳定性、廉价替代培养基作了初步研究。实验结果表明,复合菌群1在最佳絮凝条件下对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率为84.86%;微生物絮凝剂分布在发酵液离心后的上清液中,具有较好的热稳定性,并能在酱油废水中生长,絮凝活性达到78.36%。
