摘    要:针对素混凝土桩在施工中振动沉管及回旋钻机成孔施工工艺的不足之处,采用了回旋切土工艺成孔的素混凝土桩.阐述了该工艺施工步骤及注意事项,分析了其优势及不足,并介绍了素混凝土桩复合地基加固深厚软土地基时采用的沉降控制的设计计算方法.结合静载荷试验以及现场表面沉降监测,验证了回旋切土工艺成孔的素混凝土桩复合地基加固深厚软土地基的效果,表明对该类工程地质软土地基处理具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:In consideration of some disadvantages in the conventional boring technology,i.e.the vibro-pipe sinking technology and rotary drill technology,in plain concrete pile construction,the rotary ground-penetrating boring technology was employed in plain concrete pile construction for deep and thick soft soil foundation treatment.The steps and some cautions of the construction technology as well as its characteristics were expounded,and the calculation method for settlement control design in construction was introduced.Then,the effect of the rotary ground-penetrating boring technology was verified by static load tests and surface settlement monitoring,and the result is of certain reference value to the similar projects.
