| 摘 要： | 用正硅酸乙酯（TEOS），硝酸铁溶液为原料，以丙酮或酒精作为溶剂、氢氟酸或盐酸为催化剂，采用溶液－凝胶法制备内含金属铁离子的SiO2气凝胶，并与其它制备SiO2气凝胶的方法做了实验比较，发现这种方法具有反应温度低、速度快、凝固时间短的优点。用红外光谱和X射线衍射以及SEM分析了凝胶的结构和成分。

Fabrication of aerogels containing Fe~(3 ) using sol-gel method |

| Abstract: | The SiO 2 aerogels containing Fe 3 were prepared from TEOS and Fe(NO 3) 3 solution using acetone or alcohol as solvent and using HF solution or HCl solution as catalyst.It is found that this method is of lower reaction temperature and shorter gel time compared with other experiment method. The structure and composition of the SiO 2 aerogels were investigated by using SEM, XRD and infra red absorption spectrum. |
