| 摘 要： | 描述了数字硬盘录像系统．详细讨论了MPEG4编码实现中的2个关键技术：运动估计算法和比特率控制，分别提出了预先判零矢量新4步搜索算法和响应与目标比特率控制算法，并给出相应的设计与实现方法和相应的评估数据．最后在此基础上给出基于MPEG4软件编码的数字硬盘录像系统的设计方法。

| Abstract: | This paper describeds the system of digital hard disk recorder ,discusses two vital techniques in design and implementation of MPEG4 in detail: one is Motion Estimation and other is Bit-Rate Control.A new Four-step Algorithm of Predictive Judgment of Zero-vector and Reaction-Target Bit-rate Control Algorithm are presented respectively,and relevant data are given. Finally it introduces the design of DVR based on MPEG4. |
