2012 年中国高技术发展综述

2012年，我国经济增速下滑，依靠科技进步和创新转变经济发展方式比以往任何时候都要迫切。全国上下高度重视发展高技术、推动产业化，纷纷加大高技术研发投入，高技术发展呈现出一片生机盎然的景象。回顾2012年，党中央国务院大力推进科技体制改革，围绕改造升级传统产业、大力发展战略性新兴产业，采取了一系列重大措施。在新一代信息技术、健康和医药技术、新材料技术、先进能源技术、空天海洋技术、交通与制造技术等关系国家未来发展的重要领域，我国取得了一大批具有国际影响力的重大科技成果。

Overview of the Hi-tech Development in 2012

In 2012, China＇s economy was slowdown. Transformation of economic development mode in China was urgent than ever, which depend on S＆T progress and innovation. China attaches great importance to development high- tech, and promotes it into industrialization. The government and enterprises have increased their investment in high-tech research and development. In addition, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council are vigorously promoting the science and technology system, which aim to upgrade traditional industries and develop strategic emerging industries. In the fields of new generation of information technology, health and medical technology, new material technology, advanced energy technologies, aerospace and marine technology, transportation and manufacturing technologies, a large number of major scientific and technological achievements were given, which were related to national important areas for future development.
