摘    要:目的 研究炸药装药的力学性质对装药发射安全性的影响. 方法 利用小型后座模拟试验装置对相同密度条件下的B炸药和改性B炸药装药在相同后座加载条件下的应力和应力率响应进行了测试. 结果 试验显示由于改性B装药弹性模量相对B炸药装药降低,在同样后座载荷下改性B装药中的应力及应力率明显低于B炸药装药. 结论 得出了降低装药的弹性模量有利于提高装药发射安全性的估计.

Abstract:Aim To study the effect of mechanical property of explosive charge on launching safety of charge. Methods The stress and stress rate respone of Comp B and modified Comp B explosive charges at the same density subjected to the same setbakc loading were tested by a mini setbak simulator. Results The tests show that the stress and stress rate of modified Comp B charges are lower than those of Comp B charges subjected to same loading because of the decreasing of Yonug's modulus of modified Comp B charge. Conclusion The evaluation that decreasing the Young's modulus of explosive can improve the launching safety of explosive charge is advanced.
