基于水情自动测报系统的汛期运行水位控制方法研究

摘    要:利用水情自动测报系统提供的降雨、流量等实测信息以及流域汇流时间、流域退水、入库洪水特性等统计信息,提出了基于流域汇流时间的汛期运行水位控制方法和基于水情自动测报系统的汛期运行水位控制方法,并用黑河流域实测资料进行了验证。结果表明,在防洪安全的前提下,两种控制方法都可抬高汛期运行水位,增加水库兴利效益。

Abstract:This paper suggests the operating water level controlling methods based on the flood season in watershed flow concentration time as well as on hydrologic information automatic telemeter system by using practical measured data such as rainfall and flow provided by hydrologic information automatic telemeter system,and statistic data such as the flow concentration time,recession and flood water features into reservoirs in the watershed.The methods are tested using the real measured data from the Heihe River watershed.The results indicate that under the prerequisite of safety flood prevention,two kinds of controlling methods can raise the operating water level during the flood season and increase the benefits of reservoirs.
