可测偏振方向的垂直入射超声横波换能器

摘    要:本文报道采用灵敏度较高的陶瓷材料,研制的新的偏振方向可测的垂直入射超声横波换能器。该换能器不仅能产生和检测垂直入射的平面偏振横波,而且能通过内含于探头中的测角传感器准确地给出偏振方向的相对方位,测角分辨率可达0.5°。

Abstract:In the shear wave plane acoustoelastic techniques, the most important element is the rotatable transducer. It should be able to generate normal incident plane-polarized ultrasonic shear waves and to detect their echoes and, in particular, to indicate the polarized direction accurately. A new normal incident plane-polarized shear wave transducer has been developed using a material of high sensitivity. It is coupled to the surface of specimens by viscous fluids. The coupling pressure needed is low, the sensitivity is high, the vibration mode is pure and the noise is low. It can generate and detect ultrasonic shear waves and, as it contains a precision goniometric transducer, it can also indicate the polarized direction. The angular resolution is 0.5 Deg.
