磷钼杂多酸-奎宁体系共振光散射测定微量磷

摘    要:在0.25 mol/L H2SO4介质中,PO43-,MoO42-反应生成磷钼杂多酸,它与阳离子染料奎宁可形成稳定的离子缔合物,并在398.0 nm处产生灵敏的共振光散射(RLS)峰,磷质量浓度在1~200 μg/L内与共振光散射强度成良好线性关系,对磷的检出限(3σ)为0.5 μg/L.由此建立了一种测定微量磷的共振光散射分析方法.该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好的优点.

Abstract:In the medium of 0.25 mol/L H2SO4,PO43-reacts with MoO42-to produce phosphomolybdate heteropoly acid,which can combine cationic dye-quinine to form an associated complex.The complex exhibits a sensitive resonance light-scattering(RLS) peak at 398.0 nm.There is good linear relationship between the RLS intensity and the concentration of phosphorous in the range of 1~200 μg/L.The detection limit(3σ) for phosphorous is 0.5 μg/L.Based on this,a new RLS method for determination of micro amounts of phosphorous has been established.The proposed method is convenient,sensitive and selective.
