摘    要:给出了光源位置存在纵向和横向离焦时的反射波面近似表达式,进而导出了以平面和球面作为参考滤面时的光源位置容差估算公式,以实际例子对容差进行了估算,其结果与经验数据相符。

Abstract:An approximate analytical relationship between light source position having axial and lateral defocusing and the reflective wavefront configuration is deduced. Tolerance evaluation equations for light source position with planar and spherical reference wavefronts are then given. Numerical examples show that the tolerance would be at the order of wavelength for planar reference wavefront, and would be relaxed to about 0.5mm if spherical reference wavefront is acceptable .
