| 摘 要： | 山区占德阳市幅员面积的20%.德阳市山区资源的开发存在着开发过度与开发不足的双重问题.本文对德阳市山区资源进行了初步评价,对其开发、保护的现状和问题作了分析,提出了开发利用山区资源的一些对策与措施.文章认为,正确认识山区和平坝的相互联系,理顺山区开发的种种关系,是解决德阳市山区资源开发与保护问题的突破口.

| Abstract: | The mountain areas cover 20 % of its total area in Deyang City. There exist both the problems of overdeveloped and under developing for the resource development on the mountain areas. The paper makes some prelininary comments on the resources of the mountain areas in Deyang, analyses further-ly the current condition and problems of their development and protection and puts forward some re for-ma-tive measures for the developing and protection of the resources here. How to make clear the con nedion between the mountain areas and plain areas and to regulate the connections among the develop menu of mountain areas os the key to solve the problems of resource development and protection of the mountain areas in Deyang. |
