恩施市大气环境现状与治理措施

摘    要:为促进恩施市城市的开发建设与大气和水环境保护协调发展,以恩施州环境监测站提供的近5年恩施市环境空气年均值和清江河、龙洞河水环境监测资料为依据,利用有关数学模型对恩施市空气质量和水环境质量进行了评价,结果表明,评价区内1996年到2010年恩施市大气污染物年均浓度呈不稳定变化趋势,其中SO2常年超过《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095—1996)二级标准,NO2和TSP两项指标质量均良好.据此提出恩施市大气环境保护对策建议.

Abstract:In order to promote the development of air and water environmental protection coordination, this paper evaluates the air quality and water environment quality of Enshi City using a relevant mathematic model and following the annual average air data and the water environment monitoring data for Qingjian River and Longdong River provided by Enshi Environmental Monitoring Station in the past 5 years.The results show that the evaluation area from 1996 to 2010 is the annual concentration of atmospheric pollutants variation trend of perennial exceeds the SO2 air environmental quality standards (GB3095-1996) secondary standard,NO2 and the TSP two indexes quality are good;groundwater environmental quality is also good.According to the above results,some measures for protection of the atmospheric environment in Enshi City are put forward.
