环氧蓖麻油合成研究

摘    要:以磷酸为催化剂、采用过氧乙酸法对蓖麻油(CO)进行环氧化研究,探索了反应时间、反应温度和双氧水的用量等变量参数对蓖麻油环氧化的影响,得到各变量参数对反应的影响大小为:时间>温度>酸量>双氧水的量>催化剂的浓度.利用FI-IR对环氧蓖麻油(ECO)进行了表征,然后对比了CO和ECO的TG和DTG热稳定性.

Abstract:The castor oil was prepared using the peroxyacetic acid by catalysis of phosphoric acid.Some factors which had effect on the epoxy value of product,such as reaction time,reaction temperature,the amounts of hydrogen peroxide etc were discussed.The result showed the effects of various parameters as follows:reaction time>reaction temperature> the amount of acid consumption> the amount of hydrogen peroxide > catalyst concentration.FI-IR was exploited to characterize the epoxidized castor oil,and then the differences of TG and DTG were compared to examine the thermal stability of epoxidized castor oil.
