原子吸收分光光度法测定资丘木瓜中3种重金属含量

摘    要:建立了测定资丘木瓜药材中铜、铅和镉三种重金属含量的方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测铜的含量,以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅和镉的含量.3种重金属测定的检测限为0.0006μg/mL、0.0030ng/mL、0.0024ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%、2.9%、1.2%,回收率为100%105%,线性相关系数为0.999和0.992、0.995,均符合要求.经测定3批资丘木瓜药材中铜、铅、镉的含量分别为13.53105%,线性相关系数为0.999和0.992、0.995,均符合要求.经测定3批资丘木瓜药材中铜、铅、镉的含量分别为13.5316.24 mg/kg、0.016316.24 mg/kg、0.01630.0232 mg/kg、0.22670.0232 mg/kg、0.22670.3364 mg/kg,结果表明:3批木瓜样品中重金属的含量均符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》中有关重金属标准的规定.

Abstract:To establish a method for the measurement of three kinds of heavy metal elements Cu , Pb and Cd in fruits of Chaenomeles Speciosa.Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy ( FAAS) was used for the determination of Cu and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy ( GFAAS) was used for Pb and Cd .The limit of detection of Cu , Pb and Cd as 0.0006μg/mL, 0.0030ng/mL and 0.0024 ng/mL respectively and RSD of Cu , Pb and Cd as 2.7%,2.9% and 1.2%respectively .The coefficient of recovery of 3 heavy metals as in the range of 100%~105%.They were all conformed to the requirements.The contents of Cu, Pb and Cd in fruits of Chaenomeles Speciosa were 13.53-16.24 mg/kg(r=0.999), 0.0163-0.0232 mg/kg(r=0.995) and 0.2267-0.3364 mg/kg(r=0.992).The heavy metal contents in 3 batches of fruits of Chaenomeles Speciosa were conformed to the national standard of Green Trade Standards of Importing & Exporting Medicinal Plants & Preparations .
