E=E_库的命题不能成立

摘    要:直流电场强度E与库伦电场强度E库统一的结果为E=E库,这就是经典电磁学的结论。但是E=E库式子成立是有条件的,此条件是E和E库统一的充分必要条件。在此场合下,实在无法满足这种充分必要条件的成立,因此这个统一的命题也就不能成立。E和E库的关系是继承与发展的关系,发展的结果必然是E替代了E库。"统一"和"替代"是截然不同的二种概念。在处理E和E库关系问题上,"统一的概念"和"替代的概念"相互间都有排它性,这两种概念不可能同时使用。最后,文中列出了"统一"和"替代"两种(绝对)电容率的相互比较表。

Abstract:Abstract: The result of unification of DC electric field strength E with Coulombian electric field strength Ec is E = Ec. This is the conclusion of classical electromagnetics. But the tenability of" the equation E=EC, is conditional, the condition being the sufficient and necessary conditions f"or E to unify with EC. Such being the case, there's in all honesty no way of meeting the tenability of the sufficient and neces- sary conditions under discussion. Therefore, it's impossible for the proposition of unification to bold. The relation between E and Ec is a relation of inheritance and development. The result of" development is in- evitably EC, replaced by E "Unification" and "replacement" are two diametrically different concepts. In handling the problem of relation between E and Ec , "the concept of unification" and "the concept of" replacement" are exclusive of each other. So it's impossible for them to be used at the same time. Finally, a table is given for the two (absolute) permittivities of "unification" and "replacement" to compare with each othcr.
