我国西部企业人力资源管理的现状原因及对策

摘    要:当今人力资源的开发与管理越来越为企业所重视,并且成为现代企业管理的核心内容.对西部企业人力资源管理进行调查后认为,西部企业人力资源管理存在的问题其原因主要是理论滞后、观念滞后、机制滞后和方法滞后.企业只有从管理理念、管理制度、管理机制、管理手段等方面加强和改善人力资源管理,才能在日益激烈的市场竞争中实现战略目标.

Abstract:Development and management of human resource are attached more importance to by enterprises in recent years and have become the core of the modern enterprise management. After the probe into the western enterprises human resource management, this paper points out tile causes of some existing issues such as the lag in theory, idea, mechanism and approach. The enterprises should enhance and better the human resource management from the aspects of management concept, system, mechanism and devices, to effectuate their resource management and push up themselves to reach their strategic goal in the increasingly cut - throat market competition.
