| Abstract: | To do the work of pre - service training to young college teachers well, it is highly essential to realize the importance and necessity of the teaching group construction for this pre -service training. Drawing on the experiences of the teaching group construction of higher education institutions, combined with the characteristics of pre - service training, we should strengthen the teaching group construction for pre - service training by taking various ways. |
