古浪十八里铺水库坍岸预测及灾害防治

甘肃古浪县十八里铺水库是龙沟河上的一座小型水库,1970年始建,1974年竣工,运行近30 a以来,由于水库淤积,库容减小较为严重,目前已不能满足当地灌溉和生活用水的需要,因此水库主管部门决定加高主坝1.42 m.大坝加高后,库区水位随之提高,坍岸规模将扩大并危及两岸既有公路和铁路的安全.为了避免坍岸对两岸工程带来危害和减缓水库淤积,库岸部分地段须进行防护.

SHIBALIPU RESERVOIR COLLAPSE PREDICTION AND DISASTER CONTROL AT GULANG COUNTY IN GANSU PROVINCE

Shibalipu reservoir is a small\|scale reservoir built over Longgou River in Gulang country, Gansu province. It was constructed from 1970 and completed in 1974. Owing to the soil deposition, the reservoir capacity decrease sharply during 30 years, already doesn't meet the need of irrigation and living usage at present, so the managers of the reservoir administrative department decided to heighten the dam by 1.42 m. The water level will rise up and the reservoir collapse will extend. If the dam is heightened, the security of the highway and railway beside the reservoir bank will be reduced. To avoid the damage caused by reservoir and reduce the soil deposition, part of the reservoir bank must be protected.
