纸张定量的自校正广义预测控制

摘    要:本文提出采用自校正广义预测控制的方法实现纸张的定量控制,推导了有色噪声情况下的广义预测控制算法,利用增广最小二乘参数估计实现纸张定量的自校正广义预测控制,经对纸机不同工况的模型仿具计算,得到了鲁棒性强,控制性能好的满意结果。

Abstract:A method of seff-tuning generalized predictive control (GPC) for the control of paper quality is proposed,and a derivation of the GPC algorithm under colored noise is presented. Extended least square parameter estimation was used to achieve the self tuning GPC for paper quality, satisfactory results on robustness and controllability were obtained by digital simulating under various working conditions of the paper machine.
