| 摘 要： | 管理观念现代化、管理组织制度现代化和管理技术装备现代化是学校管理现代化的三项内容 ,而管理观念现代化是学校管理现代化的最深层面 ,对学校管理现代化的影响力最大 ,具有决定性的意义 ,本文从三个方面论述了学校管理者如何实现管理观念的现代化。

| Abstract: | The modernization of administration concepts, modernization of the organization system and the modernization of administrative technological equipment are the three main contents of the modernization of school administration. And the modernization of administration concept is the deepest lay, with the most influential power on the modernization of school administration and the decisive significance. This paper illustrates how the administrators carry out the modernization of administration concept from three aspects. |
