| 摘 要： | 研究外植体的大小和灭菌方式对柑橘茎段外植体消毒效果的影响．结果表明，0．5cm长的柑橘纵切茎段外植体污染率较低；用70％的酒精处理30s，10％的次氯酸钠溶液处理30min，放置48h后，再用10％的次氯酸钠溶液处理30min，成功率最高；高温干燥季节取材，污染率较低；不同品种的污染率和发芽率有一定差异。

| Abstract: | The effect of explant size and disinfection protocols on the disinfection of citrus stems with lateral buds has been tested. The result showed that the contamination rate of longitudinally-cut inter-node explant of citrus about 0.5 cm long was lower. After treated by 70% ethanol for 30s and followed by 10% hypochlorous sodium for 30 min, the materials were kept in culture room for 48 h, then the material was treated by 10% hypochlorous sodium for 30 min again. By this method, the success rate was the highest; the contamination rate of the materials took in hot and dry season was lower; Difference of contamination and sprout rate existed among cultivars . |
