对含油污水形成的O/W型乳状液破乳效果的研究

本文对焦化厂两苯车间污水形成O/W型乳状液破乳进行了研究。用不同类型的脂肪醇进行破乳对比实验,找出了破乳效果较好的丁醇与异戎醇。并且研究了丁醇与氯化铝复配时破乳效果的操作条件及作用规律。实验表明氯化铝与废液混合30秒后再加入正丁醇,混合液的PH值在5左右,平衡时的PH在3.5左右时,与废液混合有较好的破乳效果。

A STUDY ON DEMULSIFICATION OF O/W TYPE EMULSION FORMED BY OIL-BEARING WASTE WATER

This thesis aims at the study on O/W type emulsion formed by oil-bearing waste water in the two benene workship of coking mill varied types of aliphatic alcohols are used here to do the comparative experiments on demulsification and from which butanol and isovaleric alcohol that have better effect on demulsification are discovered. In addition, the thesis gives a clue about the operating conditions, for and functions of demulsification effect, as butanol and aluminium ahloride mixed tegether. The experiment shows that, when alu- minium chloride and waste liquid are mixed up for over 30 seconds and then butanol is added ,the PH value of mixed liquid is about 5 and about 3.5 at balance, which mixed with waste water, will have a better demulsification effect.
