| 摘 要： | 西藏和谐社会建设是我国和谐社会建设的重要组成部分，在西藏的和谐社会建设中，政府发挥着重要的作用，扮演着重要的角色。因此，实现公共治理的和谐是西藏和谐社会建设的关键，必须加快公共治理的改革，通过制定良好的公共政策，转变政府职能，促进政治发展，维护社会稳定和国家统一，实现可持续发展，以建设西藏和谐社会。

| Abstract: | The harmonious social construction in Tibet is a part of harmonious social construction in China and the government plays an important role in the process. Therefore, to realize the harmony of public administration is of great significance to the harmonious social construction in Tibet. Only by regulating sound public policies, transferring the government function, promoting the public administration reforms and maintaining social stability and nation＇s integrity will the harmonious society in Tibet be achieved and sustainable development be fulfilled. |
