摘    要:对消失模铸造充型过程中关于传热及传质方面的研究进行了综述,分析了金属液、模样和型砂之间的传热现象和热解产物在涂层、型砂中的传质现象.强调了金属液、模样和涂层之间的界面反应以及热解产物在涂层和干砂中的传输行为对于控制消失模铸件凝固方式、提高铸件质量具有重要意义.

Abstract:The investigation of heat-transfer and mass-transfer during mould-filling process in EPC is summarized. The heat-transfer among molten metal,foam pattern, and moulding sand as well as the mass-transfer of thermal degraded products between coatings and moulding sand are analyzed. It is emphasized that the interface reaction among molten metal,foam model,and moulding sand as well as the transport behavior of thermal degraded products between coatings and dry sand is of significance for controlling the solidification mode in EPC and improving the quality of castings.
