| Abstract: | On the basis of the results obtained from the uniaxial compression creep tests
of three series of different dimensional shale specimens of Xi Mine, this paper
discusses the scale effects of rheological deformability of this rock. Based on the
laws of the scale effects, a method, which can be used to determine approximately
the rheological mechanical properties of the rock mass which is composed of this
rock, is suggested in this paper. |
