基于网络均衡性的生命线系统抗灾能力分析

摘    要:为了进行系统的生命线网络系统抗灾能力分析,基于网络均衡,则网络稳定,抗灾风险分摊的思想,采用了熵原理对系统稳定性的意义对网络整体均衡性进行评价,并给出了相应的评价计算模型.其中对网络均衡性的分析是建立在结构均衡和资源分配均衡上的,结构均衡是通过同层节点拓扑重要度差异大小来体现的,差异大则结构均衡性差;资源分配均衡是通过网络节点功能重要度反映出的,并认为功能重要度实质上是节点拓扑结构重要度的"加权".通过计算得出了算例中的网络整体均衡的结果,并给出了对网络中某些高风险节点的判断.结论是基于网络均衡性进行生命线系统的抗灾分析判断其抗风险能力是可行且合理的.
