| 摘 要： | 应用统计学概念－偏度（Ｃｓ），变异系数（Ｃｖ）和变势（Ｂ）评价不同诱变剂及不同剂量在林可链霉菌诱变育种中的诱变效果。实验表明：用这几个参数来考察诱变剂对菌种产量的诱变效果比以往所用的致死率、形态变异率等更准确、可靠。

| Abstract: | We use some statistics concepts- measure of skewness (Cs), coeffecient of variation(Cv)and variate capacity(B) to evaluate the mutagenic effects on producity of streptomyces lincolnensis treated by different mutagenic agents and different doses. The results show that using these parameters to evaluate the mutagenic effects is more accurate and reliable than using mortalities and morphologic variation rates of strains. |
