摘    要:研究多对象离散生产系统设备布置优化问题,分析了生产单元出入口位置在两端的情况下,传统目标函数存在的问题,通过实例证明了出入口位于生产单元两端的条件下,物流运输工作量可分解为正向基本运输、反向运输和横向运输三部分.而设备布置方案变化只改变反向和横向运输工作量,正向基本运输工作量保持不变,即总物流运输工作量决定于反向和横向物流,且反向物流将产生两倍的运输工作增量.据此,构造了由反向运输和横向运输构成的目标函数模型,以及相应的位置距离矩阵、物流量矩阵和运输工作量矩阵.优化搜索过程采用了模拟退火算法,从而有效地提高了优化效果,最后用一个实例证明了上述模型和算法的有效性.

Abstract:We study the facilities layout optimization in case of considering the distances of exit and entrance. In condition of input and output places are fixation, we prove that the conveyance workload lie mainly on backward and transverse material flow and the total conveyance workload can be decomposed to three parts, the basic positive direction conveyance, backward conveyance and transverse conveyance. As the layout change, only the backward and transverse conveyances are changed and the basic positive direction conveyance keeping unchanged. The backward conveyance arose a twice increment of conveyance as itself. So we have developed a new model of objective-function. For computer systems easy to deal with, we have constructed a backward distances matrix, a transverse distances matrix and a conveyance workload matrix. Combined with the simulated annealing algorithms, the new model can improve effectively the optimized process and optimization layout solution. By an example, we finally validate the validity of the new objective-function and the algorithms.
