| 摘 要： | 国民党的党组织存在着两个突出的弱点:一为派系斗争的尖锐,二为基层组织的空虚。到抗战胜利时,这种状况不仅未得改善反而更趋恶化。严重的组织危机使国民党对与中共进行政党政治竞争深怀顾虑,进而使其在战后政治发展进程中增加了对武力的依赖。国民党在组织危机的刺激下发动了内战,又因党组织无力支撑内战而失去政权。
