镍铬硼硅钨气焊丝的研究

摘    要:报道了新研制的和于氧-乙炔火焰堆焰的镍铬硼钨气焊丝,着重研究了各元素在焊丝中的作用与影响,对筛选出的可用于实际生产的气焊丝,报道了其耐磨性试验结果。

Abstract:A special process adopted to produce Ni - Cr - B - Si - W alloy wires for oxy- acetylene flame gas welding is considered in this paper. Particularly,the significance of every element added to wires is understood. Based on thies,the effect of alloying elements on bead- on - plate test is studied. In addition, an alloy wire for gas welding, named type - 108, is picked out to be used successfully in production, because the type - 108 made the weld bead suprior hardness and wear - resistant.
