表面贴装光纤应变传感器设计

摘    要:导出了任意应变场中任意形状的单模光纤中传输光的相位变化关系,在此基础上提出了表面贴装干涉型光纤应传感器的一种新的设计方法,可用于任意类型应变与应力场中考察点处的应变或应力测量.

Abstract:The phase change of light travelling in a single -mode arbitrarily configured op tical fiber is derived when the fiber is subjected to an arbitrary strain field. Based on this,A new design methed for surface - mounted interfer ometric optical fiber strain sensor is pre sented. This type of sensor can be used for the measurement of the strain or stress on desired point in arbitrary strain or stress field.
