阴囊Paget病的诊断和治疗

为了提高对阴囊Paget病的诊治水平 ,结合文献对收治的 6例阴囊Paget病的病因病理、临床表现、治疗及预后进行讨论。 6例均手术治疗。随访 4例均健在 ,2例失访。对于可疑阴囊Paget病尽早行皮肤活检确诊并常规行全身系统检查。根治手术效果好 ,预后满意。

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Paget Disease Affecting the Scrotum

In combination with the concerned documents,the cause,pathology,clinical manifestations,treatrnent and prognosis of 6 cases of scrotum Patet's disease were discussed.All these patients had undergone surgical treatment and the followed up 4 of them are still living and the other 2 can't be followed up.The disease might be confused with benign dermatosis and therefore dermatobiopsy should be carried out as early as possible in suspected cases.Thorough physical examination is essential as some of the cases were complicated by epitelial malignancy of the adjacent tissues or distant organs.Radical excision has been effective with fair prognosis.
