新课程环境下的中小学教师心理现状研究

摘    要:中小学教师对新课程的认知处于基础阶段且很不平衡,是否参加了试点或培训是主要影响因素.面对新课程,大多数中小学教师表现出平静而积极的心态,其中年轻教师更为明显,但对管理部门的工作力度缺乏信心.中小学教师最担心的课程是综合实践活动,最渴望的是教学条件的改进,最急切的需求是有关新课程的材料,最大的顾虑是对教师的评价标准不明,最难以掌握的是新的教学方法,最大的忧虑是新课程会“三不像”.农村中小学教师则对实施新课程信心不足,有降低标准的隐性要求.

Abstract:Primary and middle school teachers' perception to the new curriculum is in the first stage and very disequilibrium.Whether have attended experimental unit or training is the major influencing factor.Facing the new curriculum,on one hand,most of the teachers can be calm and in a positive mood especially young teachers,on the other hand they are not confident in the work efficiency of the control of the new curriculum.
