冲裁件优化排样的最大截距法

摘    要:从普通单排排样出发,建立了优化排样的数学模型,提出了计算最佳步距的方法即最大截距法,并阐明了基于图形实体数据计算最大截距和确定关键点的方法。用这种方法进行优化排样,充分利用了CAD系统的图形实体数据,大大减少了计算工作量,提高了排样速度和材料利用率。

Abstract:Originated from the normal single layout,a mathematical model for optimal layout of pressing workpieces is established and the maximum intercept method is presented for the calculation of optimal layout step.The method of calculating the maximum intercept and determining the key points is developed based on graphic entities'data.The method is proved by practical use to have the advantages that the graphic entities'data has been fully utilized,which simplifies thecomputations,improves the efficiency of optimal layout and the utilization ratio of the used material.
