摘    要:在氮气气氛下,采用熔融接枝反应,制备了一种低分子量聚乙烯-丙烯酸接枝共聚物,运用小角激光散射技术(SALS),对高密度聚乙烯/云母/接枝共聚物(HDPE/Mica/LMPE-g-AA)三元合金体系的结构参数进行了分析,并从物理力学性能和流支性两方面研究了低分子量聚乙烯--丙烯酸接枝共聚物对高密度聚乙烯/云母/合金体系的增容作用。

Abstract:The graft copalymer of acrylate acid (AA) with low molecular weight Polyethylene (LMPE) was synthetized with peroxidate as initiator in molten state. The giaft copolymer (LMPE g AA) was characterized by FTIR and a contract angle with glycerine. Small angle light scattering tensile strength and balancing torque measurement were used to study the effects of the LMPE g AA on the compatibility of the HDPE phase and the Mica phase. The results indicate that the non even structure coefficient of the HDPE/Mica alloy can be improved by LMPE g AA. Besides, it can also improve the tensile strength and the balancing torque of the HDPE/Mica alloy.
