| Abstract: | This paper discusses the structure, design, and manufacturing techniques of the Thin Film Thermal Print Head(TFTPH)with high resolution, superior visibility and high printing speed. The influence of the function parameters of the thin film made of Ta 2N, SiO 2 and Ta 2O 5 on the TFTPH is also studied. |
