铸膜液的流体热力学稳定性判据

摘    要:用非平衡热力学理论研究了铸膜液的界面稳定性状况,得到铸膜液稳定性判据,并由此计算出过量分子作用势梯度的临界值,判据表明,铸膜液表面受到扰动而发生位移时,如果在单位时间内在表面法线方向相反的过量分子作用势梯度作的功大于重力,粘滞力及表面张力所作功这和,那么不稳定就会发生。

Abstract:The interface instability behavior of polymer solution film cast to form membrane has serious effects on membrane morphology and structure. Stability condition of the film is studied by non equilibrium thermodynamics. A stability criterion is obtained, and the critical value of the excess intermolecular energy gradient is calculated with this criterion. The criterion shows that instability will occur if the power done by intermolecular forces is larger than the sum of powers done by gravity, viscosity power and interfacial tension, when the film surface is disturbed. This agrees with the result of the linear stability analysis.
