冷冻干燥升华过程数学模型传热传质机理

摘    要:提出冷冻干燥升华过程主要由传热控制和传质过程两阶段组成,分析认为升华过程是传热传质的逆过程,并得出该过程的合理工艺条件,即物料表面的加热温度和干燥箱内真空度的变化规律。

Abstract:This paper proposed that there are two stages in sublimation process: the heat transfer controlled stage and the mass transfer controlled stage. We consider the sublimation as an inverse procedure of coupled heat and mass transfer process. In this way the typical pattern of porous medium surface temperature and that of drying chamber pressure can be obtained easily.
