十一烯酸在淀粉/聚乙烯共混体系中的增容性

摘    要:选用在淀粉与聚乙烯挤出过程中加入十一烯酸和引发剂,引发淀粉与十一烯酸的接枝共聚合反应的方法,改变淀粉表面的亲水性质,提高淀粉在聚乙烯中的分散性,研究了十一烯酸的含量和引发剂的种类对共混体系力学性能的影响,实验结果证明,加入十一烯酸以后,可以得到相态稳定、相分布均匀、相界面粘结力强的共混试样。

Abstract:In the extrusion process by adding undecylenic acid and initiator to the blend of starch and polyethylene to initiate the graft copolymerization of starch and undecylenic acid so as to decrease the hydrophilicity and improve the starch dispersion in polyethylene. The effects of undecylenic acid and various systems of initiator on the mechanical properties of the blend are studied. The results of tests indicate that the addition of undecylenic acid leads to a blend with stable phase, uniform phase distribution and strong adhesion strength.
