摘    要:采用正交实验优化了SrFe12O19的二次掺杂配方,研究了料浆粒度及粒度分布、取向度及烧结温度、保温时间对永磁铁氧体材料剩磁的影响规律及机理。在保证内禀矫顽力HCB≥230kA/m的情况下,材料剩磁Br≥430mT,达到国内领先水平。

Abstract:Studied the pre-material mole ratio,the compound chemical additive,the granularity and the grain-size distribution,orientation and the influence of agglutinating the temperature to the permanent ferrites material residual magnetism.After the process optimization formula and the craft of using the orthogonal experiment optimizes,the performance of magnetic material had a bigger enhancement to ensure the situation of Hcj >= 230kA/m,residual magnetism Br >= 430mT,which might satisfy the performance requirement of the passenger vehicle’s electrical machinery.
