| 摘 要： | 对数届护理专业毕业学生的调查发现，学校对他们的教学存在与临床实践脱节的问题，很多学生反映在学校所学知识陈旧，实践操作与见习机会少，院方反映学生自我防护意识差，人际沟通能力差。对此，学校应采取相应的防范和改进措施。

| Abstract: | The investigation into the graduate students of nursing profession for several years shows that the school teaching is divorced from the clinic practice.Many students reflect that what learnt in the school was old and had little chance of practice while the teachers reflect that the students are poor in the awareness of self-protection and interpersonal communication ability.Therefore,the school should adopt the corresponding countermeasures and improving measures. |
