微格教学与课堂教学技能的培养

摘    要:微格教学是以现代信息技术为手段、以培养和提高课堂教学技能为目的的培训方法.与过去采用的培训方法相比较.微格教学在提高课堂教学技能方面具有如下一些特点:微格教学提供了一种可观寨、可重复、可示范的课堂教学情境;通过微格教学可以对授课者的课堂教学进行及时的反馈和客观的评价;微格教学可以通过分项培训和整体训练的方式来提高教学技能;这些特点都有利于培训对象的课堂教学技能的提高。

Abstract:Micro-teaching is a kind of modern cultivation way aiming to cultivate and improve classroom teaching techniques by using modern information technology. Compared with the old way, micro-teaching has the following advantages: it provides a visible, repeatable, and demonstrative teaching situation; feedbacks and values the teaching to the teacher promptly; improves teaching techniques through division and integration training; and releases the stress of the teacher and students. All these advantages enrich the classroom teaching techniques.
