摘    要:提出了一种复合型零排放方法.即通过回用、再生回用、再生循环实施的废水最小化来确定系统中最小新鲜水耗量,然后采用分布式废水治理系统,利用常规治理方法使废水达到深度治理要求的进口浓度.深度治理产生足够品质的水通过再生循环可满足新鲜水使用过程的用水要求.实例证明了废水零排放的可能性和所提方法的可行性.

Abstract:A hybrid approach is presented to actualize zero liquid discharge. Wastewater minimization can determine the water recycle flow of the system by minimizing wastewater and pollution generation, reuse, regeneration reuse and regeneration recycle. Furthermore, wastewater is treated to attain contaminant concentration which satisfies the influent demand of the advanced treatment technologies. Many advanced treatment technologies are used to satisfy some units which require pure fresh water quality for boiler. At last, the closed circuit of zero liquid discharge is achieved through regeneration recycle. The case study illustrates the possibility of zero liquid discharge and feasibility of the proposed approach.
